The data set contains the number of requests for evaluation reports received by the SPD at the request of a court, a public prosecutor or the administration of a deprivation of liberty institution. In the dataset, the number of requests for evaluation reports is available with the following cross-sectional variables: * applicant for the evaluation report * type of evaluation report (pre-trial/npta, addendum) * evaluation report * reason for closing the evaluation report section * gender * age * employment * level of education * place of residence by postcode
