Dataset description

The amphibian hike in the Gesäuse started slightly late in the first week of April due to the long-lasting winter temperatures and was strongly concentrated on the first three days. A total of 108 individuals migrated, including several pond moles. The earth’s toad dominated with 78 %, followed by the pond molch with 16 % and mountain molten and grass frog with 3 % each.
