As part of the monitoring of dynamic sites in the Gesäuse National Park, 49 vegetation areas were taken up in 2010, spread over ten sites and 17 large areas. In 2017, the first repetition of the shy areas in the Kühgraben, Haindlkar, Langgriesgraben and the Gesäuseschütt took place. In summer 2019, the avalanche railways of the Hirschofen and Hochkarschütts, the plaiken at the Rotofen and the mountain collapse area on the Gstatterstein were resumed.
