Dataset description

An important part of the aerial image archive of the BEV include flight location maps, which are used to find the measurement images necessary for a field of interest. Flight location maps are summaries that are created per flight operator and map the area in question. The position of the flight strips flown as well as the center points of the measurement images are displayed. Furthermore, the essential information of the image flight (flight title, archive number, focal length, flight date, image scale, film type, longitudinal and cross cover) is provided. The data are available for the years 1949 to 2020.
