This data set contains government proposals, state treaties, agreements pursuant to Article 15a B-VG, federal accounts, self-employed applications (own-initiative applications) of deputies and requests from committees. Title: Refers to the subject matter of the legislative initiative. Number: Negotiation items are identified with one consecutive number per type. Link: Leads to the history page, which provides an overview of the entire parliamentary procedure of the subject-matter of the negotiations. Description: Updated: Refers to the last change date/action in the Parliamentary Procedure. Type: Denotes the type of legislative initiative (self-employed application/own-initiative request of deputies, government proposal; State Treaty; Report and request from a committee). Status: Describes the state of the parliamentary procedure (submission to the National Council, committee deliberations in the National Council, plenary deliberations in the National Council, received by the Bundesrat, committee deliberations in the Bundesrat, plenary deliberations in the Bundesrat).
