Land use and development plan (plan documents) Vienna

The area development and development plan of the City of Vienna is adopted by decrees of the Municipal Council in the form of “plan documents”. These planning documents, which consist of a plan and a part of the text, are binding on all future uses and the type of development of an area. In the city map it is possible to switch on the map content “Plan Documents” under the tab “Areawidmung” (https://www.wien.gv.at/flaechenwidmung/public/). This reflects the limits of the planning documents decided by the municipal council in green line color. The info button gives you the information about the valid plan document number for any area. With a mouse click, the decision text and the decision plan can be displayed and downloaded in a separate browser window.
