In accordance with the 2012 Law on Parties, the Court of Auditors must require the entities under its control to notify it of the total amount of transactions concluded with individual investees of political or electoral parties.
Investees are undertakings in which the party and/or an organisation related to it and/or a division of the party having its own legal personality hold at least 5 % direct shares or 10 % indirect or voting rights.
Here you will find the results of the survey for the 2013 accountability year (status: 29.6.2016) in the following files: (1) notifications of legal transactions, (2) list of empty declarations, (3) list of non-notifiers, (4) list of investee undertakings.
The survey was conducted in two tranches (November/December 2014 and February/March 2015). For the 2013 accountability year, a subsequent survey (March to May 2016) was carried out for six investee companies (addition).
