Dataset description

The biotope mapping in the Johnsbach Valley was repeated after 15 years. It was selectively applied to altered biotopes, which were excreted by aerial image interpretation. The impact of the local LIFE management measures was documented and assessed with regard to their impact on biotope equipment. Natural biotopes have increased to the extent of several hectares. Positive changes in the equipment of FFH habitat types (increase of 3.14 % and 1.44 ha respectively) were observed.
