Dataset description

The layer contains all dedications that must not overlap in themselves. The geometric basis of the allocation limits is the DKM, provided that the allocation limit is not to deliberately deviate from the land boundary. As per Upper Austria. ROG 1994 must be devoted to the area of the municipality, also those areas which are superimposed in the plan printout. The layer must not have any gaps. The data set is constantly updated, as the municipalities submit their land allocation plans individually to the OÖ Land Government and can also be made permanent changes. More detailed information can be found in the Plan Sign Ordinance on the Area Allocation Plan.This dataset is provided via INSPIRE.
