Dieser Datenbestand bildet die tatsächliche Flächennutzung Wiens in generalisierter Form ab. Die Datenbasis ist eine Luftbildinterpretation unter Hinzunahme ergänzender Sachdaten. Es gibt 32 Nutzungskategorien aus den Bereichen Wohnen, Grünflächen, Verkehr, etc. Die Nutzungskategorien sind hierarchisch in 3 Levels gegliedert. Die Datenerhebung erfolgt ca. alle 2 Jahre.
