Dataset description

The address service Vienna offers an address search with geocoding as well as reverse geocoding. The address search with geocoding is validated against the address database of the City of Vienna on the basis of the input of an address or a region name and, if valid, address attributes such as district, address, country code, street name, street code, as well as the coordinate (in the desired target coordinate system) are output. Reverse geocoding outputs the nearest address or addresses based on the input of a coordinate.
