Dataset description

Results of the EQA scheme have been summarised. Competence in the measurement of sulphur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NO and NO2) was tested. The measurement results of all 8 participating organisations have been subjected to the same statistical evaluation methods as those foreseen for the European Reference Laboratories’ ring trials: according to the “Protocol for intercomparison exercises”, AQUILA document N37. Since February 2010, the Federal Environment Agency has been operating an interlocutory test facility for immission measurements, at which inter-laboratory tests on different air pollutants are carried out at regular intervals.
