Priority water routes Remediation Regulation

Water routes covered by the OÖ Rehabilitation Ordinance 2011 (LGBl. 95/2011) are covered; Limitation to those priority water routes of the 2009 NGP for which the target failure under the WFD has been reliably identified and the remediation is within the competence of the Province of Upper Austria. Priority waters are routes identified as priority routes in the 2009 National Water Management Plan (NGP). In these areas, the NGP foresees the production of organism adaptability (continuity) on all transverse structures and in all residual water routes by the end of 2015.
