Dataset description

Zones from the sectoral spatial planning programme on the use of wind power in Lower Austria pursuant to §20(3)b NÖ ROG 2014 (formerly §19(3)b NÖ ROG 1976), on which the dedication of grassland — wind power plant is permitted. This means that the dedication type grassland — wind turbines (gwka) by the municipalities is still to be determined according to the usual dedication process (amendment of the local spatial planning programme). M.a.W.: The zones are an offer to the municipalities for the Gwka-Widmung and thus NO free letter for the construction of wind turbines!
