Areas with right of pre-purchase, Complex projects, 02/03/2020

Overview of the areas in which a pre-purchase right has been established pursuant to Article 34 of the Decree of 25 April 2014 on complex projects (B.S. 21/01/2015). The decree defines complex projects as a project of great social and spatial strategic importance that requires an integrated permit and spatial planning process. This decree sets out a number of criteria that can demonstrate this high social and spatial strategic importance. The right of pre-purchase within these complex projects may be exercised in order to achieve a preferred decision or a project decision in the case of the sale of immovable property situated in the areas defined as areas where the right of pre-purchase applies in the graphic plan or in the recognizable part that is considered a spatial implementation plan.
