Dataset description

Based on this map you get the average outdoor space per inhabited plot per urbanised area in m². The outdoor space is the space occupied by e.g. gardens, courtyards, terraces,... excl. the house on a particular inhabited plot. The calculation was done in the following steps: selection of occupied plots of adhv GRB and CRAB address file the area of these plots minus the (main building) buildings gives the remaining outdoor space as a result the average area is calculated per type of urbanised area
