KADASTER_BOUWBLOK City development/Space Kadaster data aggregated at building block level. This is a finer level than the neighbourhoods, neighborhoods and post zones, which you can consult in city in figures. (see also for more metadata about cadaster)
This concerns:
Owners:# and % resident owners
Floor Surfaces Living Surface: and derivatives: average residential accommodation per house, floor/land ratio* and open/floor ratio**
Houses: # and % single-family homes, # homes in multi-family buildings
Single-family homes: # and % single-family homes: terraced house, semi-open house and open house
Built land area: according to GRB and derived degree of construction(% built area)
Undeveloped area: according to GRB and derived average unbuilt area or outdoor space
Year of construction: average year of construction of building block (in the case of new construction this average will go up)
Deepening: average # deepening of building block
Parking: total # parking spaces in building block (according to land register: garages, pitches and parking on plots)
Features:% and % area plots according to main classification NIS cadaster (residential, economy, other and unbuilt) and # and area plots according to detail layout NIS cadaster (apartment buildings, houses, industry, storage, office, commercial, other, unbuilt)
Slow road: building block has or may not have slow road(s): for non-motorised traffic: pedestrians, cyclists, often paths through parks, building blocks
*Floor area relative to surface plot (Floer Terrein Ratio). This is the number of square meters of floor area of the building compared to the total area of the plot. The Floor Terrain Ratio (V/T) says something about the construction pressure: the lower the index, the less building density.
**Unbuilt land area relative to the floor area (Open Space Ratio). This is the area of the plot without the construction (according to GRB main and outbuildings), or the outside space, unbuilt in relation to the number of square meters of floor area (different depths) of the buildings (according to Kadaster). The Open Space Ratio (OSR) is the size of the unbuilt space compared to the floor area. It says something about the pressure on the open unbuilt space: the lower the ratio, the higher the pressure on the open space.
Each year the cadastral trailer is linked to the plots, but also to the building blocks, so that the information can be visualised on the basis of the plots and also the building blocks.
The built and unbuilt area is calculated according to the GRB main and outbuildings and do not come from the land register.
