Demarcation data: Initial findings ifv were a fact-registration for crimes, infringements of the GAS codex, road accidents and traffic infringements;Initial findings made by the Ghent Police Zone of which the fostering place was to be traced back to one of the 25 districts. Findings made by another police zone or the federal police, even if committed in Ghent, have not been recorded;The teleenity is the committed fact, not the PV.
