City development/Space Low with lack zone of experience green at building block level (150 m and 2 min. walk).
The deficit zone is the residential area that represents the opposite of the given range zone.
By experience green we mean:
— publicly accessible use green without area restriction: parks, pocket parks, hanging green, fort green, dog walking zone, city forest, play forest, cemetery, green playgrounds, public accessible building green
— agricultural or agricultural green, unless completely inaccessible
— natural green, unless completely inaccessible: for example Hobokense Polder, Wolvenberg
This data layer shall be updated annually in January, provided that the provision is managed and updated annually by the competent sector/service.
In addition to the spatial distribution of facilities at neighbourhood, district and district level, we want to draw attention to the importance of the immediate proximity (2 min. walk) of green, square or nature, in function of climate and against heat stress. This also takes into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail,...) and safe crossings for weak road users (tunnels, bridges, crossroads with traffic lights).
