DSI — Municipal Spatial Implementation Plans

This dataset series contains the digital vectorial version of all municipal spatial implementation plans, both final approved and formatted. The final approved plans are both the regulatory municipal spatial implementation plans approved by the deputation and the final municipal spatial implementation plans adopted by the municipal council. The plans approved by the deputation are plans, the invitation to the plenary was sent for 25 April 2014. After this date, the procedure is in force whereby the plans are definitively adopted by the municipal council and no longer require approval. It also incorporates the suspensions and destructions of the Council of State. The plan contours and plan elements are available in this dataset series as long as they are already charged by the relevant municipal authority, which owns the data and is responsible for the content.
