DSi — Provincial Spatial Implementation Plans

This dataset series contains the digital vector version of all provincial spatial implementation plans, both the final approved and the one in format. The final approved plans are both the ordinating provincial spatial implementation plans approved by the Minister and the provincial spatial implementation plans finally adopted by the provincial council. The plans approved by the Minister are plans for which the invitation to plenary was sent before 25 April 2014. After this date, the procedure whereby the plans are definitively adopted by the provincial council and no longer requires approval. The suspensions and destructions of the Council of State have also been incorporated. The plan contours and plan elements are available in this dataset series as long as they have already been charged by the relevant provincial government, which owns the data and is responsible for the content.
