Employment density per ha — Flanders — Condition 2013

For the purpose of calculating this indicator, employment was first mapped separately for both employed and self-employed persons. This resulted in 3 cards: the number of employees per hectare, the number of self-employed persons per ha, and finally the total employment per ha (wage earners + self-employed). The calculation of these three cards took place at a resolution of 10x10m. The resulting map at 10 m resolution was then rescaled to a 1 ha resolution by summing all 10x10m grid cells within each 1 ha grid cell.
