Endorsed archaeology notes and notes

This layer shows the polygons of the areas examined according to the format of endorsed archaeology notes and notes. According to Chapter 5 of the Onroer Heritage Decree of 12 July 2013, such endorsed archaeology notes and notes are required in certain cases to be obtained either on the basis of the application for an environmental permit or as a condition for obtaining an environmental permit. The endorsed archaeology notes and notes contain essentially two elements: — the results of an archaeological pre-examination; — and the measures necessary to safeguard the scientific knowledge contained in the archaeological heritage that may be present and threatened with destruction due to the implementation of the environmental permit.
