G3Dv2_01_Q, thickness non-tabulary Quartair

This layer gives the thickness of the quartary deposits of the Geological 3D model of Flanders. The Quartary sediments in Flanders form a layer that covers all older deposits. This layer includes the non-tabular quartary units. The Formats of Weelde, Malle and Merksplas were not included in the mapping of the base of the Quartair, but were modelled separately. The thickness card is formatted based on the layer G3DV2_01_Quartair base and G3DV2_00_DEM VLAKO. The Geological 3D model was drawn up under the management agreement of the Flemish government with VITO, under the heading VLAKO, commissioned by the department of LNE — Land and Soil Protection Department, Underground, Natural Resources.
