G3Dv2_0401_KR_Ma_Ku, base Fm Maastricht and Kunrade

This layer gives the height of the base (mTAW) of the Maastricht Formats and Kunrade of the Geological 3D model of Flanders. This interface is the combination of the bases of the lateral lithostratigraphic units, namely the Formation of Maastricht and Kunrade. Such an interface is represented as a single plane and not as a surface made up of subplanes. This layer is largely the result of a proportional approach to display the classifications within the chalk deposits in a geologically realistic way. The Geological 3D model was drawn up under the management agreement of the Flemish government with VITO, under the heading VLAKO, commissioned by the department of LNE — Land and Soil Protection Department, Underground, Natural Resources.
