Dataset description

Location and address details of homes with a valid certificate of conformity. The data is updated daily. The following types occur: conformity certificates issued by the municipality — conformity certificates issued by Wonen-Vlaanderen — conformity certificates issued by the Flemish Housing Inspectorate. A certificate of conformity is issued if a home meets the minimum standards in terms of safety, health and home quality. Certificates of conformity are awarded to single-family homes as well as to apartments or rooms. In one building, several homes can therefore have a certificate of conformity.
