Dataset description

A soil site is a physical location that groups one or more soil locations, for example a field where different profile wells are located or several drillings were carried out. A soil site is linked to one or more soil locations. A soil site is linked to 0 or one soil site. A soil site may contain a geometry (polygon), but it is not mandatory. If no geometry is available, the convex casing of the point locations of the coupled soil site shall be used as geometry.
