An area for which an exchange of use has been introduced or has been decided to grant a simplified land consolidation pursuant to the Law of 12 July 1976 laying down special measures for land consolidation in force of the law in the execution of large infrastructure works (B.S. 15/10/1976). Within this area, the Flemish Landmaatschappij can exercise a pre-emption right under the Decree on the Law on land consolidation of 12 July 1976, for a certain period of time.
