Dataset description
In accordance with the Decree of 28 March 2014 on land fittings, the Government of Flanders is established by the Government of Flanders in accordance with the Land Establishment Projects. The establishment shall define the area of the land development project. For each land establishment project, one or more land design plans will be adopted.The Flemish Land Company shall apply land development in order to set up areas integrally in accordance with the land use (nature, agriculture, recreation, housing, etc.) granted in accordance with spatial planning and provides for this a wide range of ‘tools’.Construction projectsConstruction projects Land design projects, set up for the entry into force of the Decree of 28 March 2014, in application of Article 6a and Articles 11 to 14 of the Decree of 21 December 1988 establishing the Flemish Land Company, this decree defines the concept of ‘land design’ as ‘Promoting, preparing, integrating and accompanying measures, actions and works originating from the competent authorities and aimed at safeguarding, revaluing and making rural areas more suitable in accordance with the land planning legislation’.For each land-use project, one or more planning plans have been drawn up.The new rules on land design provide for a transitional regime for projects started before the entry into force of the new regulations. This transitional arrangement means that the design plans that have not yet been submitted to the Board of Mayors and Ships for advice on 1 November 2014 will be drawn up as land furnishing plans in accordance with the new regulations concerning the land design. Both the Flemish Government and the provincial or municipal level of government can decide to do so. The initiating body will then work in consultation with the VLM.InstrumentenkofferThe instrument case is widely used in the field of design, management, land acquisition, ground mobility and accompanying policy. For example, it includes furnishing works, relocation and exchange of use. Since the new legislation, this has included: reassignment in force of law and right of pre-purchase.
