Micromobility — Restriction areas and limitations

The dataset makes it possible to identify the restriction zones and the limitations defined by the charter of the self-service cyclosharing of the City of Liège. These are areas where parking is prohibited and areas where vehicle speed is limited. This can be added, depending on the needs and requirements of the City during festivities or events, temporary areas with greater restrictions: parking and traffic bans. The game also provides areas in which the density of spaces specifically dedicated to micromobility or bicycle arches is sufficient (or the distance between them reasonable) to systematically apply the principle of smart parking or “smartparking”, i.e. parking your micromobility vehicle in direct proximity or at these locations. The information is regularly checked by our services in the field. However, there may be a discrepancy between the time of collection of the data, its modifications and the publication of the database update on the platform.
