Definition of types of parcels: Ordinary building: other than industrial buildings and equipment and tools (e.g.: plots with house, buildings, farms); Industrial building: plot comprising buildings and devoted mainly to industrial activity (e.g.: cement factory, brickworks, toy factories, clothing, furniture, etc., blast furnaces); Material construction and tools: equipment and tools attached to the ground and thus assimilated to a frame (e.g. pylons, silos, gasometers); Not ordinary built: other than industrial and non-industrial structures and tools (e.g.: land, land, pastures, cemeteries, orchards, ramparts, sports grounds, parks); Non-industrial built: plot not including buildings and devoted mainly to industrial activity (e.g.: industrial land, quarries, mines, railways); Not built material and tools: equipment and tools not attached to the ground (e.g.: settling basin, reservoir or open pit).
