Where the conditions are met (ceasing payment and shaking the credit), the AGPR may sue the debtors (companies) with a view to having them declared bankrupt. Over the past two years, the number of citations has fallen sharply. This is due to the coronavirus crisis and the restrictions imposed on citing bankruptcy (legal suspension and moratorium).
