Number of repayments of delayed direct contributions

Certain repayments of direct contributions to be paid by the General Administration of Perception and Recovery are not paid on the scheduled settlement date. This has to do with specific factual or legal circumstances on the part of the beneficiary (e.g. no account number or known address, death, bankruptcy, liquidation, divorce or other attachment/assignment served by an external debtor of the beneficiary). We see a slight decrease compared to 2020. The AGPR is making increasing efforts to settle each refund on time and correctly. About 1 % of refunds are blocked for the reasons mentioned.
