Orthophoto mosaic, mid-scale, summer shots, 2015, Flanders

In the context of a vegetation study, Flanders instructs every three years to create an area-covering orthophoto coverage of the Flemish Region, including the Brussels-Capital Region. This assignment takes place in two phases: first the realisation of digital photographic aerial images in the summer flying season with a ground resolution of 40 cm and, then, the production of an orthophoto mosaic with ground resolution of 40 cm. This product is the mosaic of the summer air recordings 2015 (17 June to 1 July 2015). The orthophoto mosaic is available in the form of a real color composite (RGB), a color-infrared composite (CIR) and a panchromatic image (PAN). Through the transfer service, the orthophoto mosaic is only available in the form of a real colour composite (RGB) and a colour-infrared composite (CIR). The product is supplemented by a dataset “fly day contour” that shows the recording date for each part of the orthophoto mosaic.
