The indicator specifies whether the municipality is part of a Local Action Group (LAG).
For the period 2007-2013, the criteria for setting up a LAG are as follows:
1. The LAG is composed of public-private partnerships (local institutions, associations, individuals,...) with at least 50 % of private partners and at least 3 municipalities
2. The territory covered must have a population density of less than 150 hab/km² or have more than 80 % of non-artificialised areas
3. The population must be between 10000 and 50000 inhabitants.
Since the criteria are calculated on the territory of the LAG, it is impossible to know whether a municipality is eligible or not.
For the period 2014-2020, the criteria for setting up a LAG are as follows:
1. The LAG is composed of public-private partnerships (local institutions, associations, individuals,...) with at least 50 % of private partners and at least 3 municipalities
2. The territory covered must have a population density of less than 150 hab/km² or have more than 80 % of non-artificialised areas
3. The population must be between 10000 and 70000 inhabitants.
Since the criteria are calculated on the territory of the LAG, it is impossible to know whether a municipality is eligible or not.
