Participation in a public reading network funded by the FWB

The indicator indicates the municipality’s participation in a communal or intercommunal public reading network. The fact of ‘participating’ in a network implies that the inhabitants of the municipality benefit from access facilities (geographical proximity but also sometimes registration with little or no cost to the library(s) of the network. It should be noted that participation in a network does not necessarily imply that a library is located on the territory of the municipality itself.
