Dataset description

The Nature Conservation Decree provides that the Flemish Region has the right of pre-purchase in respect of the sale of immovable property in certain areas. This dataset identifies one of these areas in particular the extension areas of the nature reserves, located within the green and forest areas, the forest expansion areas and the destination areas similar to all these areas, depending on the plans of construction or the spatial implementation plans in force in the spatial planning, or the VEN. The digital file is not a legal document.
