Protected monuments

In this layer you will find all the protected monuments. A protected monument is a property of public interest because of its heritage value. Cultural goods that are permanently connected to the monument are always part of the protection. Just think of a panelling, a stairway or furniture designed by the architect. Where such cultural objects are protected, this is now expressly stated in the protection decision. The protected monuments shall be geographically demarcated and annexed to the protection decision on the cadastral plan. The dataset resulting from this is also used to determine which parcels and areas are protected in the context of various processes.
