Low with range zone of planned neighborhood-experience green (>0.5 ha):Island and Scheldt quays.
By building block and neighborhood experience green and squares we mean:
— publicly accessible use green:
parks, pocket parks, hanging green, fort green, dog walking zone, city forest, play forest, cemetery, green playgrounds, public accessible building green
— agricultural or agricultural green, unless completely inaccessible
— natural green, unless completely inaccessible: for example Hobokense Polder, Wolvenberg — publicly accessible paved spaces:
squares, green squares, small street corner squares, sports grounds (NOT:
roads, footpaths and cycle paths)
— building block (less than 0.5 ha or 5.000 m²):
for example, greenery around Saint Paul’s Church, Throne Place, Conscience Square
— neighborhood (greater than 0.5 ha or 5.000 m²):
for example Harmoniepark, Dageraadplaats, Grote Markt, Theaterplein
This data layer shall be updated annually in January, provided that the provision is managed and updated annually by the competent sector/service.
The facility has a certain range based on walking distance, taking into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail,...) and safe crossings for weak road users (tunnels, bridges, crossroads with traffic lights).

150 meters or 2 minutes walk
— near supply:
400 meters or 5 minutes walk
— district provision:
800 meters or 10 minutes walk/1,000 meters or 15 minutes walk
— district supply:
1.600 meters or 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes cycling/2.400 meters or 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes cycling.
In total, around 50 local housing support facilities will receive range zones.
In combination with the deficit zone, this layer gives an overview of the spatial distribution of this facility.
This allows the policy to plan a balanced spatial distribution of the supply based on walking distance.
