With the Flemish Resilience plan, the Flemish Government is investing in the recovery from the coronavirus pandemic, but also in the future resilience in new crises.
The ambitious investment plan of the Flemish Government ensures the transition to a sustainable and digital economy. It makes Flanders a warm, inclusive society with people who are more employable on the labour market.
The relance plan is based on seven spearheads:
1. Making the economy and society more sustainable
2. Investing in infrastructure
3. Transforming Flanders Digitally
4. Investing in people and talents
5. Strengthening the Flemish health and welfare system
6. Managing the corona crisis and Brexit
7. Making the government more efficient
The plan is further divided into 35 clusters and 180 projects.
The progress of the relance plan was mapped three times in 2021: in April, September and December. As of 2022, there are two progress measurements each year: in June and December.
The datasets shall contain the monitoring data of the relance projects: the overall project information, milestones, output indicators and progress reports. The dates will be available from the third measurement in December 2021.
