Description: Sale of real estate — number of transactions, Q25 price(EUR), Q50 price(EUR), Q75 price(EUR) — grouping of statistical sectors (NIS7) (2013-2020). Period: 2013-2020 Metadata: Metadata variables Median prices and percentile prices are only displayed from 16 transactions with a valid price per aggregate, in order to achieve a certain representativeness and to ensure the confidentiality of the individual data. Sometimes there are transactions in the Kadaster database without mentioning a valid price. These transactions are counted towards the total number of transactions but are not included in the price calculation. If an aggregate has one or more transactions with an invalid price, the number of transactions for which the prices are shown will be higher than the above limit of 16 transactions, according to the number of transactions with an invalid price.
