Dataset description

School streets SW/MPA meaning school streets: At the beginning and the end of the school day, the street is closed for half an hour to motorised traffic. A volunteer puts a fence at the beginning and the end of the street. Cars can't get in, cyclists and pedestrians can. Cars that were already parked in the street are allowed to drive out of the street.
