Dataset description

A beneficiary of the increased intervention (BIM) is a person who benefits from a higher reimbursement for his health care, mainly because of a situation of precariousness. In addition to reducing healthcare costs, beneficiaries of the increased intervention are eligible for other benefits, including reductions in public transport and social energy tariffs. Being a beneficiary of BIM therefore generally indicates a precarious situation. This indicator is available by age group and gender. It is one of the only indicators of poverty that is also available to minors. The children of a beneficiary of the increased intervention are also dependent. These indicators are also available by statistical sectors on the Altas of the “[\2](\1)” (Demography and social rights/recipient population/Right to intervention increased)
