Dataset description

TEKORTZ_KOELTEPLEK City development/Space Low with shortage zone of the cooling stations in use green, square or nature at building block level (150 m and 2 min walk). The shortfall zone is the residential area that represents the opposite of the given range zone.(geodata portal, open geodata portal, quantified in city in figures) This data layer is updated every 5 years, when a heat map is drawn up again. The facility has a certain range based on walking distance, taking into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail,...) and safe crossings for weak road users (tunnels, bridges, crossroads with traffic lights). By cooling place we mean the area that has been exposed to “no” heat stress. The heat stress card is divided into: “no heat stress”, “moderate heat stress”, “strong heat stress” or “moderate to strong heat stress”. This radiation temperature card is a modeled card made up of: shadow effects, evaporation, wind effects and heat storage and radiation from buildings and materials. It is created every 5 years. By use green, squares and natural green we mean: — all publicly accessible use greens without area restriction: parks, pocket parks, hanging green, fort green, dog walking zone, city forest, play forest, cemetery, green playgrounds, public accessible building green — publicly accessible paved spaces without surface restriction: squares, green squares, small street corner squares, sports grounds (NOT: roads, footpaths and cycle paths) — natural green, accessible under conditions: green spaces with a nature function such as special protection areas (Flemish Ecological Network-VEN, Habitats Directive, Birds Directive) and nature reserves managed by Natuurpunt or ANB, for example Hobokense Polder, Wolvenberg. Accessible under conditions: recreational co-use means that this space can be experienced, experienced, via accessible paths in or along the area. Only passive forms of recreation are permitted on these accessible paths. (walking, resting, sitting). In combination with the deficit zone, this layer gives an overview of the spatial distribution of these cool places. This allows the policy to plan a balanced spatial distribution of the supply based on walking distance. &Creation Date: 2016-01-01T00:00:00 &Publication date: 2021-10-28T00:00:00 & Revision Date: 2016-01-01T00:00:00 & Management: Virge Smets &Contact: [email protected]
