With the cross-border Interreg project ‘GEOHEAT-APP’ VITO, Grontmij and TNO wanted to investigate the concrete feasibility of (deep) geothermal systems in the Flanders-Netherlands border region. One speaks of deep geothermal energy when the heat is extracted from layers deeper than 500 m. This card is a grid map (grid) that represents the transmissivity of the Dinantian reservoir in cells of 250 m at 250 m.
