Trees along the numbered roads managed by AWV

Trees are submeter-accurate point locations that represent each inventoried tree along the numbered roads. The numbered roads are managed by the Roads and Traffic Agency. The trees can be both single trees and tree rows. A tree row can be an ascending tree row, a plantation in line with ascending trees, of approximately equal age, at a regular planting distance depending on the tree’s growth mode and the intended final image. Or a form tree row: Planting in line with shape trees, of approximately equal age, at a regular planting distance, depending on the intended final image. Depending on the type of shape tree (knot tree, slate tree, candelaber, shaved tree) and the intended final picture, management is carried out periodically. In the case of single trees, as ascending trees, the highest, low-rise and multi-stage trees are distinguished. Single shaped trees are: knot trees, slate trees, candelabers and shaved trees.
