Dataset description

This VLOPS map shows the modelled total deposition (td) of SOx (in mol/ha·year) for all Flanders at 1x1 km². This map was calculated using VLOPS20 (based on OPS4.5.2), the emission figures for SO2 in 2017 and the 2017 meteorological data. For this map, the raw VLOPS model outputs for the dry deposition of SOx were first multiplied by the calibration factor x0.82 and the wet deposition of SOx multiplied by the calibration factor x1,36. These calibrated VLOPS cards were then added together to calculate the total deposition of SOx.
