La Zone de Revitalisation Urbaine (ZRU) rassemble des quartiers en difficulté où le secteur public renforce ses investissements. Cette zone a été déterminée par la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale en vue d’améliorer la qualité de vie et l’insertion socio-économique des habitants, et de créer une nouvelle dynamique de développement de l’économie locale. [CRS: EPSG:31370] De Zone voor Stedelijke Herwaardering (ZSH) verenigt wijken die het moeilijk hebben. Het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest verhoogt zijn investeringen in deze zone om er de levenskwaliteit en de sociaaleconomische participatie van de bewoners te verbeteren. Het Gewest wil er de plaatselijke economie een nieuwe dynamiek geven. [CRS: EPSG:31370]
