Legal framework: Public Finance Act Concepts and definitions: LPF — Public Finance Act; FR — Fiscal reserve; BNB — Bulgarian National Bank; Ministry of Finance — Ministry of Finance; State Fund Agriculture Note: * The scope of the fiscal reserve is in accordance with §1 item 41 of the Additional Provisions of the Public Finances Act. ** Include balances on all bank accounts of budget organisations except those of municipalities.
