PPA — Public Procurement Act;
Council of Ministers Decree — Decree of the Council of Ministers;
FWC — Framework Agreement — Technique/Public Procurement Instrument, based on the conduct of the procedures provided for in the Public Procurement Act. A framework agreement shall be concluded between one or more contracting entities and one or more contractors in order to determine the terms of the contracts to be awarded during a given period, including prices and, where possible, quantities.
